DEPOSIT POLICY:
Three nights deposit is due upon confirmation of a tentative reservation and required to guarantee reservation. We accept checks, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. The balance including tax and service charge is due 60 days prior to arrival or on September 1 for those booked during Holiday Season. 50% deposit is required for Holiday Bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refunds (less one nights fee) are available on cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival or by September 1 for those booked during Holiday Season. Refunds are not available on cancellations made within 60 days of arrival and after September 1st for Holiday Reservations.
